1. Why Digital Downloads Are Non-Refundable
Unlike physical products, digital items (including Canva templates, party bundles, wallpapers, and printables) cannot be returned. Once a download link is accessed, the product is in your possession permanently.

EU / UK Customers Notice: Pursuant to EU Consumer Rights Directive regulations regarding digital content, by purchasing our digital products and receiving instant download access, you expressly consent to waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation.

2. Exceptions & Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, your satisfaction and success with our products are our highest priorities. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

– Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice within a 48-hour window, please contact us with both order numbers. We will refund the duplicate order immediately.

– Technical Defect / Corrupted File: If a file or link is corrupted, broken, or defective and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

– Unopened / Undownloaded Orders: If our backend systems confirm that you have NOT downloaded the files or clicked the template access links within 14 days of purchase, a refund request may be granted upon review.

3. What Is NOT Covered by Refunds
Refunds or exchanges will NOT be granted for:
– Changing your mind after purchasing or downloading the files.
– Lack of required software or account (e.g., claiming you do not want to create a free Canva account to edit a Canva template).
– Minor color variations due to screen display vs. printer output settings.
– Edit/Typo mistakes made by the buyer after downloading the product.

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly on https://cybersculptress.com. If you purchased a Cyber Sculptress product through Etsy or another marketplace, your transaction is governed by that platform’s respective refund policies and customer support workflow.
