At Cyber Sculptress, we keep our licensing simple and transparent so you can create with confidence. All digital products purchased from our shop come with a Personal & Small Commercial Use License included by default.
Â
1. What You CAN Do (Permitted Uses)
Personal Use
You may use our digital products (Clipart, PNG assets, digital graphics, and Canva templates) for unlimited personal projects, such as:
Personal crafts, stationery, invitations, wall art, and gifts.
Personal social media posts and blog graphics.
Small Commercial Use (Up to 500 Physical or Digital Units)
You may use our graphics to create physical or digital end-products for sale, provided that:
Physical Products: You print the graphics on items like t-shirts, mugs, stickers, physical party decor, or printed invitations (up to 500 items/sales total).
Digital End-Products: You incorporate the graphics into a new, flattened design (e.g., printable party sets, invitations, digital planners) where the original graphics cannot be extracted by third parties (PDFs, PNGs, flattened Canva templates).
Â
2. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Uses)
To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
No Reselling or Redistribution: You may not resell, sub-license, share, donate, or distribute our original digital files, links, or graphics in their original or modified format (including as digital freebies or clipart bundles).
No Extraction: You may not sell digital products where the original clipart/asset can be extracted, moved, or edited by your customer (e.g., un-flattened layered files).
No Print-on-Demand (POD): You may not upload our raw graphics directly to Print-on-Demand services (such as Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Printify, Amazon Merch) unless the design is significantly transformed into a new layout adhering to the 500-unit limit.
No Ownership Claims: You may not claim our original designs or graphics as your own intellectual property, even if you have modified them.
3. Need Larger Production Runs?
If you plan to sell more than 500 units or use our graphics for large-scale commercial production, mass printing, or nationwide branding, an Extended Commercial License is required.
Please reach out to us via email to arrange a custom extended license.
