– You may customize and edit templates for your own personal use or your own business branding.
– You may use the final, flattened/non-editable outputs (e.g., printed cards, final PDFs, PNGs) for personal events or business presentation.
2.3 Prohibited Uses:
– You MAY NOT resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, or give away the original template links, editable files, or source graphics under any circumstances.
– You MAY NOT claim our Products or original designs as your own intellectual property.
– You MAY NOT extract individual design elements, graphics, or assets from our Products to create new products for sale.
2.4 Third-Party Platforms:
Some Products require third-party software or platforms (such as a free or paid Canva account). Cyber Sculptress is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party platforms.
3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
3.1 Pricing:
Prices are displayed on the website and will be charged in the currency selected at checkout (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Payment:
Full payment is required before digital files or access links are delivered.
3.3 Taxes:
Applicable sales taxes or VAT will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment completion, you will receive immediate access to your digital files via a download link on the checkout page and via email. If you do not receive your download links within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@cybersculptress.com.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the instant, digital nature of our Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable once the digital assets have been accessed or downloaded. If you encounter any technical issues with your purchase, please contact us at hello@cybersculptress.com and we will happily assist you.
6. Intellectual Property
All Products, original artwork, branding, text, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cyber Sculptress. Buying a Product grants a usage license only; it does not transfer copyright or ownership.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Sculptress shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Products or third-party software.
8. Governing Law
